The owner of Norwood Travel will be retiring on 31st December 2024.

All existing bookings will NOT be affected. However, from 2nd January 2025 your booking will be handled by Sackville Travel alongside all NEW bookings. From 2nd January 2025 you will be able to pay Sackville Travel your outstanding balance by the due date, plus make any amendments or cancellations to your existing booking.

Your booking will continue to be ATOL protected to ensure that your payment and booking is secure and the original conditions will apply.

When contacting Sackville Travel for the first time please quote your Norwood Travel file number along with your name and date of travel for your booking to be located. 

Once you have made contact with Sackville Travel to make payment or to amend your existing booking, a new reference number will be assigned and all documentation will be issued by Sackville Travel.
